If your products have any manufacturing defects then we will replace them. Items that you break through negligence won't be eligible. We offer refunds for some items like zodiac pendants if they cannot be replaced. Every return/refund request is processed on a case by case basis after you contact us on email@example.com (email) or +1 404-537-3979 (WhatsApp).
Terms and conditions
Returns are only accepted within 2 weeks of receiving the product.
- Returns without a prior authorization after contacting us and obtaining an authorization number will not be accepted.
- To stay safe please return items after getting a tracking number and insurance.
- Please return with original packaging and unused.
- Returns are free for any item with a manufacturing defect.
- We will not cover shipping and handling charges that you incur.
- Items that have no defect will be charged a 20 percent restocking fee.
- Please contact us with a WhatsApp message at +1 404-537-3979 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 weeks of receipt with the photos of the merchandise and details you want to share. We will ask you a few questions before issuing you a tracking number that you must mention in the return package.
- Please send the unused merchandise with original packaging along with the returns tracking number we provided. We are not responsible for damages in transit.
- You can process the refund only after receiving the items
- We will not cover your shipping charges and only pay back the original amount.
- Please do NOT return items to the address on the contact us page. We will supply you a return address after your refund request is processed.
- To process returns for zodiac pendants a photo is sufficient and you need NOT send the defective piece to us.
